When to call

These are common signs that a pool or spa may need professional leak diagnostics.

Water level keeps dropping

Especially if the pool loses more than normal evaporation or drops to a certain level and stops.

Wet spots or soft ground

Water around the pool, equipment, deck, or yard may point to a plumbing or structure issue.

Buying or selling a home

A pool inspection can help identify concerns before closing, negotiation, or surprise repair costs.
