Upfront starting prices for Central Indiana and Indianapolis-area pool leak detection. Final price depends on site conditions and any extended diagnostic time required.

Trip fees are based on total round-trip distance from our service base near Fairland, IN. We service Indiana statewide when scheduling and travel availability allow; trip fees apply based on the table below.

Site readiness & payment
To keep appointments efficient and diagnostics accurate, please review these requirements before your scheduled visit.
Site readiness (required)
- Pool/spa is filled to normal operating level
- Water is clean and clear (visibility to main drain required)
- Equipment area is accessible; pets secured; safe access provided
If site conditions prevent service from being performed due to site readiness (for example: pool/spa not filled to operating level or water not clear enough for diagnostics), a $100 site readiness fee may be applied to help cover reserved appointment time. We assess each situation individually and try to be honest, fair, and reasonable.
When payment is due
Payment is due upon completion of onsite diagnostics. A verbal summary is provided before departure.
Credit card payments: Invoices paid by credit card include a 3% processing fee.
Written reports (documentation/photos) are released once payment is received.
Intake acknowledgment
By scheduling service, you acknowledge:
- Pool/spa must be full, clean, and clear prior to arrival
- A $100 site readiness fee may be applied if service cannot be performed due to site readiness (pool/spa not full or water not clear). We assess each situation individually and try to be honest, fair, and reasonable.
- Payment is due after diagnostics; reports are released once payment is received
