Site readiness & payment
To keep appointments efficient and diagnostics accurate, please review these requirements before your scheduled visit.
Site readiness (required)
- Pool/spa is filled to normal operating level
- Water is clean and clear (visibility to main drain required)
- Equipment area is accessible; pets secured; safe access provided
If site conditions prevent service from being performed due to site readiness (for example: pool/spa not filled to operating level or water not clear enough for diagnostics), a $100 site readiness fee may be applied to help cover reserved appointment time. We strive to be fair and reasonable and assess each situation individually.
When payment is due
Payment is due upon completion of onsite diagnostics. A verbal summary is provided before departure.
Written reports (documentation/photos) are released once payment is received.
Intake acknowledgment
By scheduling service, you acknowledge:
- Pool/spa must be full, clean, and clear prior to arrival
- A $100 site readiness fee may be applied if service cannot be performed due to site readiness (pool/spa not full or water not clear)
- Payment is due after diagnostics; reports are released once payment is received
